Sebela Office Fit Out Case Study

The brief for the Sebela project was to renovate the top floor of Adelaide Chambers, a historic building with classical charm, which originally served as the site of the Adelaide Hospital in the 19th century. Working closely with our client, we transformed the space into a modern office environment. The project involved several key elements:

Electrical Fitout: A new electrical system was installed to meet the modern office’s power and lighting needs. This included wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
Partitioning: Solid and glass partitions were used to create distinct areas within the office. Graphics were applied to the glass partitions for both aesthetics and privacy.
Lighting: A new lighting scheme was implemented to ensure a well-lit and productive workspace. This involved a combination of ambient, task, and accent lighting.
Flooring: The choice of flooring was carefully considered, and it was updated to create a cohesive and stylish look throughout the office.
Open Plan Workspace: The main open-plan workspace is a central area where employees can collaborate and work together.
Cellular Offices: Private offices were created for individuals who required more seclusion and focus.
Meeting Room: A dedicated meeting room was designed to facilitate formal discussions and presentations.
Canteen and Breakout Room: A canteen and breakout area was created for employees to relax and take breaks, equipped with comfortable furniture and amenities.
Contemporary Furniture: The selection of modern and stylish furniture contributed to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the office.
Carefully Chosen Colors: Each room was given its own unique color scheme to create a distinct identity and atmosphere.
