Our Fitout team begins every project with analyzing the current layout and flow of your office space. Once measurements and analysis is complete, our Architectural Technician will create a new 3D layout, optimize the arrangement of workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas to promote collaboration and communication. 

Planning and Needs Assessment:

Identifying the goals and objectives of the office fitout.

2. Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

Define a budget for the office fitout project, taking into account costs such as design, construction, furniture, equipment, and other associated expenses.

3. Design & Space Planning:

Engage with our Fitout Team and create a layout and design, considering factors such as workflow, functionality and aesthetics 

4. Obtain Sign Offs & Approvals

Sign off on all plans 

5. Construction and Fitouts

At Office Fitouts, we will co-ordinate all tradesmen, electrical, plumbing, builders and other installers, ensuring adherence project timelines, quality standards and safety regulations. 

6. Finishes & Decor

Painting, flooring and lighting to bring the space to life. At this stage the corporate identity and branding will be applied with logos, colours and decorative elements.

7. Furniture & Equipment Installation

Delivery and installation of all furniture, storage, seating and desking along with the coordination of  IT to configure the IT infrastructure and cable management

8. Move-in and Occupancy

Plan and coordinate the relocation of employees and equipment to the new space

During the planning stage we recommend taking each departments point of view, find out what is important to them and what improvements they would like to see.  Once plans are agreed and a new space defined we recommend having just one point of contact.  This person will become the final decision maker, this will ensure that the project stays on track and sticks to the brief.

We don’t charge to supply you with a design, the design will be given as a 2d and 3d image.

We can remove these from your premises and where possible we try and recycle what we can to charity’s and non-profit organisations.
