We offer a flat shipping rate of €19 for every order, regardless of the order size or weight. This rate applies to all deliveries within Ireland, ensuring that you pay a consistent and affordable fee for shipping, no matter where you are located in the country.

Shipment Processing Time:

•  Processing Period: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.
•  Non-Processing Days: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Cutoff Time

•  Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Irish Standard Time, Dublin. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

•  Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days depending on the item

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

•  Tracking Number: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

•  Current Policy: We currently do NOT ship outside of the UK & Ireland.

Damages and Lost Orders:
